Curaçao fans have the opportunity to follow their national team live in Costa Rica. Main sponsor Corendon is offering an exclusive fan trip for the key Nations League match on Thursday, September 24.
The team plays in San José that day in the 2026/27 Concacaf Nations League, a match that also counts towards qualification for the 2027 Gold Cup. Corendon is making one hundred spots available for a complete travel package. It costs 1,799 guilders per person and includes a round-trip flight to Costa Rica, one night at the Hotel Barceló in San José, a match ticket, and all transfers.
Atilay Uslu of Corendon said: "This will be much more than a trip to a football match." Sales for the trip start on Saturday, September 12 at 8 AM. The package can only be booked at the Corendon travel agency at Scharlooweg 27 in Willemstad.
The trip comes at a key time for the team. Curaçao currently sits fourth in their World Cup qualifying group with one point from three games. Their last five matches have yielded one win, one draw, and three defeats.
For the squad, it's a chance to get a good result in a tough away game with support from the stands. The last result was a 0-2 defeat to Ivory Coast in late June. Fans who book the trip will be able to see head coach Dick Advocaat's full squad in action.
